    How do I invite team members?

    Once you've purchased access, navigate to Profile Setup in your dashboard. You can invite up to 50 users from your business email domain.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure Stripe payment processor.

    Is there a refund policy?

    All sales are final. However, if you experience technical issues preventing use of the platform, please contact support.

    How do I export my data?

    You can export your risk assessments and mitigation plans from the Risk Browser page. Look for the export button in the interface.

    What happens to my data if I stop using Risknado?

    Your data remains accessible as long as you have lifetime access. You can export your data at any time. If you wish to delete your account and data, contact support.
